As soon as your order arrives, we'll send you an empty box to fill with all your favourite pieces of art, cards, recipes, etc.
2. approve your custom designed box2book proof
At box2book, we professionally photograph and edit every piece of artwork in your box to showcase the artwork in its best light. Our creative team will then thoughtfully design your Book and send you a proof to review for print.
3. sit back and enthusiastically

box2book turns your box of old photos or digital images into a beautiful, high-quality 210x297mm hardcover display book, printed on 170gsm matt paper, with 2 cover design options to choose from.

a 60-page A4 Landscape book can hold +/- 60-180 digitized photos (box must be sent within 1-4 weeks from date ordered to avoid penalty fee.)

Once we receive your proof of payment, we will send you more information, the shipping address, or an empty box to the address specified on the order form.

Fill your box with your photos/items (up to 100 photos allowed per 40 pages) Fill out the submission form provided in the box or via email, and send us the box via any preferred courier service (pudo, courier guy, or postnet) to the address specified on the submission form.

Once we have received your box, you will be notified, and we will start the process. The process from photographing, book approval, and print to the final book and original art delivered to your door (free of charge) could range between 4 and 8 weeks. Please email us with your request if you would like to speed up the process for an additional fee.
**box2book does not send you a box or submission form in advance; you will be responsible for sending us your package if you do not select the "empty box" option at checkout.
We will be in contact as soon as we receive your order to confirm address and order details.

Our photobook range can go up to 140 pages. Charged at R33.00 per extra page added to the book.

an additional R850.00 service fee will be charged if the photographs are not sorted in the order you would like to add them to the book.
